This here is one special Les Paul!
This is a 1977 Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty. This one features a 22 fret Ebony fingerboard, triple bound body and headstock, and original PAF Gibson Humbuckers.
This guitar is in great condition for its age with only 2 minor finish cracks along the top of the body, and usual play wear (see pictures as reference). The tuning machines, pickguard, and toggle switch tip have all been replaced at some point.
