Due to a recent increase in attempted fraudulent transactions, we now require customers to contact us by phone or email prior to shipment to confirm the purchase.

All purchases have a twenty-four-hour approval from delivery. Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use. All shipping and insurance in both directions are paid for by the customer even if the instrument is returned.
We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express paid through PayPal on our website.
We ship out within two business days of receiving payment.
Guitar Pickers Return Policies:
All items leave Guitar Pickers’ in condition as described. Absolutely no returns after the stated time period for any reason.
If the instrument arrives to you damaged, call the carrier for a damage inspection. Please do not send back an instrument that has been damaged in shipping until it has been inspected or you’ll own it.
We ship guitars daily and have a quality control system in place so your new pre-owned guitar arrives to you in the same condition it left our store. Guitar Pickers’ stands behind every vintage and used instrument, we sell with confidence.
The buyer receives a full refund in their original payment method less any shipping charges.
